DMA08 Speaker Resources The DMA08 Speaker Ready room is location in room N241. A sign-up sheet will be posted in the room; please note that availability is first come. Ready room hours: Saturday, October 11th & Sunday, October 12th: 9:00am – 3:00pm How to reach us on site: Please go to the DMA Staff Headquarters office, Room N243 if you need assistance. Ask Curley Hudson, the receptionist, to page one of the program team members. The team is also reachable by email:
Should you become unable to participate in the conference, please contact a member of the DMA08 program team immediately. Please arrange a suitable replacement who will meet the approval of the DMA conference program team. Please provide us with all of the contact information of the replacement speaker so that the DMA can update the DMA08 website.
If you have not submitted your presentation please bring a copy on a CD or Flash drive. A DMA team member will be around to collect the information.
